Cash Buyers Should Not Skip Comparisons in Haslett, MI in July 2026

Cash helps you move, but comparison work keeps the decision smart.

If you are paying cash, do not confuse speed with certainty. The strongest cash buyers still compare the property against recent closed sales and think carefully about condition. That is how you keep the advantage without paying for it twice.

Last month, homes closed in a median of 13 days and at 101.6% of list price. The market also held 3 months of inventory, which tells me the best homes still drew quick action when they were priced well.

For a cash buyer, that means it is important to move fast and think clearly at the same time. If you skip the comparison step, it is easy to let convenience outweigh value, and that is not a good trade.

Use proof of funds, review sold comps, and bring your inspection support into the process early. A cash offer is strongest when it is both quick and informed.

Compare Before You Pay Cash

Cash works best when the comparison work is already done. I help buyers look at recent sales and condition early so the final decision is fast without being careless.
